PS: I hope you no longer use toothpaste. For those who do not know, mix:

4 tablespoons of Bicarbonate Soda (Baking Soda)
a heaped tsp of Cayenne pepper (it stimulates the gums, increasing blood flow
about half a tsp of real salt, now the chem sh*t (it helps preserve and reduces bacteria)

Great thing about it is if you or a child swallows some of it, it does not matter as all ingredients are healthy.
