Sunday morning, may all of steemians have a good day, I want some breakfast this holiday morning, some food that are rich in spices that are refreshing, yes, its Sapo Tafu ; Sapo tofu is one type of cuisine originating from China. Sapo has many types such as that I buy is sapo tofu with seafood sapo. Sapo is directly cooked in claypot by using Chinese egg tofu know which is smooth and soft textured. I remember can get its at Restaurant Prambanan Renon, Bali.
