The problem is, that i do not know to who should i give my vote. I didnt notice that i have some vote given to dead witnesses but i know i do have planty of free votes to give away. I just dont know who is worth it. And dont know how and where i could find some real info.

So you can get in your feed the posts from our witnesses.
As for voting, it is a personal choice and there is absolutely nothing wrong with changing your votes as you go along through your Steemian experience.
