A beautiful and perhaps sublime Cicada
This post will fit for two challenges namely
Beautiful Sunday By @ace108, and Sublime Sunday, created by @c0ff33a, and for this weeks entry I will share some shots of an Art Piece I saw recently on a morning walk by the Bella Abzug Park near Hudson yards
Starting with a shot of one of the wings of the piece

This little park currently has an exhibit till June with work by Ailene fields ( the artist who did the Kiss a frog pice in Dag Hammarskjold Plaza I shared recently) which I will share her work in a future post, and this piece by Gina Miccinilli.
I started with this shot of the wing as it was the part of this piece I loved the most but here is the full piece

I am not sure what I think of the body of the Cicada, but I do love the wings, and hence another shot of one of the wings

I guess I did really like this piece as I took shots of it from many angles such as from the side here
Sony A7iii 31mm F7.1 1/125 Sec ISO 200

And on last shot of it to finish this post
Sony A7iii 28mm F7.1 1/125 Sec ISO 125

And even though I love this piece it is huge and would not be a piece I would want in or outside my house in the gardens ( depending on where we move to and if we have a garden).
And that’s all folks
