My thoughts and claims are like this.

1,Delegates from Steem Power should be provided to thrive on Steem's hard-working projects.

2,Teams wishing to carry out the project must be able to borrow 2 or 3 times the steem power in proportion to their steem power.

3,Steem power rental is not permitted for accounts with down vote. This is an act that undermines Steem's value.

4,You should not lend steam to a team that sells steam through power off and rental work. This team is not self-reliant.

5,The above account has been positively evaluated, so it's a good idea to rent again to Steem Power. However, I think it should be provided in proportion to your own spa.

        About 2) you need to understand that dapps need to have some liquid for certain situations, we are young startups. If there is a rule like that, we will stupidly power-up more than we can afford to. What about using liquid steem + steem power?

              프로젝트를 운영하거나 비지니스를 하는데 있어 리스크를 타인에게 떠 넘기는것 또한 도덕적으로 문제가 있다고 봅니다. 재단에서 무상임대를 받아서 프로젝트를 운영하는것은 잘되면 프로젝트 운영자가 비지니스 당사자가 좋은것이고 컴뮤니티나 투자자에는 크게 도움이 없습니다. 그러나 프로젝트의 실패는 알게모르게 스팀의 가치를 갉어먹는 현상으로 나타나며 빌린 스파 운영의 책임감 마저 없습니다. 그러나 본인이 투자한 금액이 많으면 그만큼 위험부담을 줄이기 위해서라도 더 열심히 한다고 생각하며 스팀의 사용처나 스테이킹으로 잠기는것이 많아 지리라 봅니다. 거액의 쌩돈을 투자하여 프로젝트를 운영하는데 재단에서 빌린 스팀 파워로 다운 보팅 당하는 기분 어떤지 생각해보시면 내 이야기에 어느정도 공감 하리라 봅니다. 성공하시기 바랍니다.
