Up your chocolate to 70% cocoa and it all adds to the mix. A little red wine does, too, I believe. Dammit, everything is healthy these days!
I aim to get all my veggies in early in the day, a cross between a stir fry and an omelette sitting on a bed of salad leaves and cucumber.
Hummus and avocado were two revelations to me, too, using both like a spread or a topping, and sprinkling everything with a mix of seeds. I was buying the packets of mixed seeds from M&S (useful to try them out and see if you like them), but I mix my own now with seeds dirt cheap from the local wholefood co-op.
