Yeah - that helps and the idea of moving meetings on the phone into a walk outside comes with an extra recharge

We had the pool all to ourselves. Left sub=freezing temps to travel there in December. The locals thought 60° F temps were cold. For us it was just right. lol

People are wanting to move away from corporate social media and Hive ought to benefit from that. Seems the latest one is Pixelfed as an 'Insta' replacement. It's part of the 'fediverse' and Hive should integrate with that too.
Wasn't there an app in HIVE that had Instagram like UI. I forgot what it's called. Dapple or something. I wonder if it's still around.
Not sure about that one. @liketu is largely about pictures. We're had others over the years. Hive should allow for all types of posts.
I've mentioned a hive integration for fedi stuff. We have peertube integration which is part of the fediverse, thanks to @kencode. I'd like to see more.
Someone worked on some integration last year, but only got as far as showing Hive profiles. We have a big potential audience out there.

This would just make people use spambots generating random long posts in order to get more influence.
We all should simply care more about our governance duty.
Those spam posts would not get upvotes and could be easily filtered out.
Why wouldn't they? If you'll create a farm of spambots, you can let them upvote each other.
Keeping things simple is the best way imho. More and more rules and regulations would only open new ways how to cheat on the system.
I know, it could get tricky with the implementation. But it sucks that money is dumped in dubious projects like rally cars, racing bikes and even non-existing boreholes.
It's just sad we as a community support the Valueplan proposals. Changing the rules would hardly affect this.
That would have some surprising results, I think ... requiring that proposals be put forth not only in English but in at least Spanish and German, thereby covering Hive's top three most active language groups, would also change things because of more accessibility.

Ouch, I found an old screenshot purchasing "Bang Tower Defence" NFT's for their "soon to release" game which was never released and no refunds issued. Sad to see my 103 HIVE go to waste.

OMG, what an insane loss... i remember that the guys at oneup also announced a game that reached the stage of selling alpha packs if i'm not mistaken, but never got off the ground either...
Oh wow I forgot about that one also! luckily I didn't buy in. But I did for the CARTEL token they sold $10 HBD per token, I purchased two. sighhhh so many lost hives!
There was also this token, true, I thought it had yielded something, but apparently it didn't yield anything. It's a shame, I don't know what happened but the oneup project was incredible at the beginning.
The owner in the discord said the server costs to run all the bots and delegations etc was not worth the cost no more from his own funds so decided to close it all or give up

That's what I thought, I'll leave a part of HBD that would buy Hive in savings and when it goes down I'll withdraw and make my investments. At the moment 1 HBD = 2 Hive is too little... the way is to wait for it to go down to invest heavily again.

Well, that's where it gets complicated kkkk, I think that's the answer. Some friends are making the strategy, for example, of using Hive to Buy HBD, waiting for it to go down and then repurchasing Hive with HBD. But if it doesn't go down, that'll be that 😅
Unfortunately that's the risk we run, it's like HBD, I always say it's the safest asset we have at Hive, but obviously there's still some "risk" attached to it. The Hive token itself comes second for me in terms of "security of value"

Yes I actually walk just inside my living room at night before I retire they say a light exercise before bed will help prevent cramps especially my age
Try Actifit. You'd had to walk way more than just 3k steps a day, but I am quite sure it's better than any alternative like Sweatcoin.

It's quite interesting, though it needs some stats to be levelled up for a successful raid; at least I found my favourite name for my kingdom!
Ha ha, it is quite difficult to find someone less powerful than me for a successful raid; I lost my first one and then won some of them with tiny rewards! Hopefully, some levelling up is required to do a better job here.
Had 8 charges today, after raids, got 6 denar from opponents, and was able to up my strength one more level. this is enough strength for now, next i will focus on toughness and leadership...
