Greetings 😁 I don't think I've ever been to that point or don't remember it. You're right, it looks pretty run down but at the same time with your photographic eye, they look like postcard worthy images. If it were to be used as a tourist spot it would have to be seen with what approach as they are on the banks of the river and well, the reality is that people are not very civil with nature.
