Think @john371911 is going to be the perfect test-case for HF21. Retaliating bidbot abuser who calls in bid-bots on scot-tribe tagged posts.
Tried to attenuate his down-votes a bit, think we can only beat this type of abuse if take up voting retaliation down votes as serious as down voting, even after HF21.
