Bird Box

My wife likes to buy random things from time to time. Some purchases I love and some I silently roll my eyes at! This latest purchase I love though! It's a bird feeder that's fitted to our sitting room window.

So I can sit and watch my favourite sport while birds come on through for a little bit of food from the bird box.

Tonight I'm watching the US PGA golf from Valhalla where Xander Schauffle earlier shot an unbelievable 62, joint equal best ever major championship round.

He had nine birdies in his round, not as many birdies as I've had around for dinner this evening, but impressive nonetheless!

So we've got Major championship golf, birds coming for dinner and a gorgeous sunset. Not a bad evening at all.

Here's a few shots I got of the birds feeding. Tricky to catch them perfectly, but some came out pretty well for a camera phone.

Are the stock off guard birdies birdie's going to feed makes me think of the artist birdie. Never heard of her? Let me share a song of hers for your listening pleasure.
