I suspect it is going to be hard for most users to see how these changes are going to make things better for them (especially when viewed in isolation). I suspect most users will translate the changes into:

AND... Perception, is the accepted truth in most minds.

Personally, I'll wait to see the effect/affect and decide whether I stay on-board after HF-21 and how I adjust to the changes should I choose to remain active.
