I know you like to show support for the new users, a lot of us do. One thing that you may want to re-think is your automated $0.001 wallet reward to accounts that support your witness. You might want to consider a two week wait period to see if the account is a genuine account or another of camillesteemer puppet accounts. If you look at their account on steemworld and you choose the the filter of Transfers and take a really really good look at 2019-11-01. You will see 221 transfers of 0.001. that is 0.221 SP As you can see the camille account grows through no effort other than an army of down vote bots that are enabled by @steem, and by providing that 0.001 you also are aiding and abetting the growth of this steem block chain toxic account.

Since these accounts have been being pointed out the over-all response from any of the larger accounts has been they do no damage. That is about to change for the smaller owned accounts of real content producers. Any thing that can be done to curtail this type of account growth needs to be done. I of course have not checked each and every account, the vast majority of them that I have checked a couple of things all in common.

they make an initial post
ten days later they start the down vote
they have no interactions with any real steemians

Conclusion

I ask that you wait ten days prior to adding any new account to your auto reward for witness support, and that you first look to see if they have become part of the 15 SP army of down vote bots. Also please try and convince @steem to remove the delegations from these accounts.

Hello @bashadow, thanks for taking the time to write to me.

I do not consider the $0.001 transfer I do as a reward. It's the only reliable way to communicate with people on the Steem blockchain without generating "spammy" comments. Many of us use such micro-transfer to exchange information. However, I understand very well that some may consider it a reward.

Now, straight to the point: camille account!

I am fully aware of what's going on with this account. If I sum up all the transfer made to its socky puppet accounts, it's less than a few STEEM.
Many others are also monitoring this. I also closely work with the @steemcleaners team. They monitor my account transfers to track abusers.

So, in a way, I'm king of honeypot to catch all those accounts and the few milli-cents I spend is a small price to pay to achieve our objectives.
Of course, I do not brag about it. It would be like pointing a big arrow on me with "Abuser .. avoid!" flashing on it.

please try and convince Steem inc. to remove the delegations from these accounts.

No need to convince them, they are already doing it.

Thank you, I hope I did not tip the bucket over so to speak. Glad to hear they are in the process of removing delegations, that will at least limit their ability to annoy a large group of users.
