I also buy eggs from a local farm and not from supermarket... Also avoid everything zero calories and basically everything who has coloring stuff... You should also avoid every conservative stuff, who makes stuff last years such as ascorbic acid

There are so many of them, I think the only good one is the rosemary extract...
Also avoid silicate bioxide in intrgrators ... Basically I removed everything processed to keep basic stuff, often organic
Didnt know about the rosemary extract! getting rid of processed stuff is the best as always. I like to check food labels before consuming hehe
The rosemary extract is sometimes used here expecially on crackers, bread stuff and cotolette or nuggets, I guess it's the most safe...
You need to check integrators too, sadly we can't do much for medicines, it is what it is, like with titan dioxide
