I just took a quick look at why does my #bpc lost it's value, and realized there's a small amount of content producer is taking advantage to sell their tiny little bit of #bpc at very low price.

I have some #steem laying around I can put them back into #steemp and start trading BPC to make them worth while, but when I look at the traffic light system, it shows some really confusing pattern on the price action. Ask yourself again, what would you do when you see green light? Go! What about red? Ofcourse I'm going to stop! Ok, the tricky question, how about yellow? There's two answers to this:
- Slow down, get ready to stop since pretty soon it's going to turn red. You don't wanna rush there half way and it turn red, vehicle from the other side may just collide into you.
- Slam on it! Pedal to metal! Don't even let go of an opportunity!
So, what does it mean? Let us take a look at the traffic ligth. We're always at the yellow light, because there's only red and green on the trading volume charts.
Take a look at the pillars of greens, where it indicate there's a huge amount of demand from the low side of the offer. Which means people are trying to buy volume, but with limited amount of #steemp.
How about the red color side? It's even lower than what the market is demanding right now. There's a demad of 4million BPC on the 0.005 region. Which means each million unit of BPC is only cost 5steemp. If you're a content creator, you received a 100BPC worth of upvote, will you still be happy?
I've been in the currency trading industries for more than 2 decades, I've burn enough cash to learned some precious lessons. You don't buy cheap currencies or cheap stocks and hope it will rebounce. 8 years ago when I visit Indonesia, I only need to spend RM450 and I get a million IDR. And 2 years ago when I visit Bali, I only need to pay RM270 and I'll have a million IDR. And until today, it's still RM295 to a million IDR. What does this has to do with the traffic light system?
If you're hoping to buy a token at cheap price, and wishing one day your order got filled, and you wanted it to goes back right up and make you 1000folds it's not impossible, but the chance are rather slim. Note that crypto currencies need a use case to survive. By the time when a crypto got a pump, are you ready to sell? Is there any buyer? You think only yourself know how to park at low price trying to buy in? Everybody does. By that time when you're ready to sell, nobody is going to buy.
So, my idea is simply, when I have #steemp in liquid, the current gap is 0.011 selling price, all the way up to 0.090,
- If I am some investor who is trying to stake in, the best way to grab this dea is offer anything slightly below or right on that highest offer price at 0.090. This way, you'll be getting in a trade, and helped to pump the price.
- Or? Kill the market first, setting a buy order at extremely low price. Since everybody is NOT looking forward hike the price, so market might as well go down and let you buy 4million BPC. Once you have that, you realized the price is too low and nobody care to use it anymore. I don't know whether will you be able to sell back that 4million unit of BPC if they have a price pump.
Ladies and genglemen, the same thing happen to me. I used to have 200SP only, worth $1600. And now, I finally hit my 6k mark, just 2 weeks shy from new year, and these 6k steem power worth less than $1500. I don't really understand of the motive of selling their asset cheap. You know the big boys are parking their BPC at 0.10, why would you sell it at 0.011? That's like 99% discount of what we're supposed to receive.
Anyway, time to sleep. I'm a little blur and hard to think. Two of my promotion posts went through again since yesterday, and there's no vote yet. Again when I ask myself, do I come to #blipcoin world just to take away their resources? Or trying to contribute to them. Until Christmas, I will review again on my BPC balance, and I'll decide how much should I move my tokens to power up and how much will be continue to burn at @null by sending tokens to promote. Sell, I probably will not, my guts tells me buying in is the brave soldier! Just like my friend bought his BTC at the peak of the coin.
