Hello dear connoisseurs,
Today is the day before Christmas. Of course it was a mistake to go shopping on this day, but for the holidays fresh bread and some small things like salads and some sausage had to be bought.
I was late again and the baker did not have what I wanted in stock.
I just managed to get a piece of the Schweizer Knoten (Swiss Knot), a really great bread roll that is only available at the Kasprowicz Bakery. So no, I'm not angry, just stay calm and order an espresso.
Can you see the last Schweizer Knoten in the picture?
Right next to the counter of the bakery you can sit down comfortably in the Ammersee Lounge.
The room is separated and one can switch off a little there, as one does not notice anything of the hectic pace of the supermarket.
Normally, I always treat myself there to a big café-cream with a croissant.
Because there was little time today, I enjoyed my espresso for 3 minutes, took a deep breath and went home with the conquered Schweizer Knoten in the bag.
Tomorrow the shops will be open again until noon, maybe I will try my luck again. If I'm unlucky again, I'll have a double espresso tomorrow.
If you didn't find the Schweizer Knoten in the photo, here it is!
