Cheers man, nice that you give the body a bit of rest! I had some crazy beers, all above 10% ABV over the last couple of weeks, might as well give the body a break as well! But this Hazy IPA looks delicious. I have been falling in love with them, even though there is only like 3 of them in South Africa! Keep well, and happy drinking (again in Feb!).

Ya I like to take a break in January sometimes. No harm, not that I drink to excess, but good to give the body a break every now and then.

I like the Hazy IPAs myself too, always nice and juicy.

I am planning on doing some extreme fasts for this reason, giving the body a break from digestion and so on.
