I didn't get the chance to get to know him that well, but in the little time I got to interact with him though comments on our posts, I realized that here was a complex and interesting person; Wales.

I'd first seen him chatting in the chat channel and I was amused at the conversation going on there. I didn't dare interrupt - it was just flowing and I enjoyed watching and chuckling to myself.

Couldn't believe the news when I saw it this morning, and now that I'm here, I offer my sincere condolences and sympathy to those who knew him well and those who love him. He and the fruits of his labor will be sorely missed.

RIP, my new friend Wales.
