I believe the problem is generating inflation, and increasing the amount of staked CC would keep the selling pressure in check for the time being.
OK so you are saying that more and more CC will be required when posting as time moves on? I think it's important that a schedule is created for this so people know what to expect and maybe add a warning comment when the limit is about to change so people can accumulate enough.
This is good advice, especially a schedule of increases in stakes needed. About the warning, I would either post a comment when there are not enough staked CC to offer rewards, or create a minimal interface where people can check that.
Posting a warning is a negative thing. It will be annoying for people and coould cause people to complain. We want cc to be a positive thing! :-)
I would recommend you post a warning BUT allow that one post to still be valid or post the schedule as a comment when it is about to change and it woould cause the user's account to be below the minimum next time.
Personally, I would rather go with the minimal interface thing, than with comments, but I'm not involved with the project.

I understand your concerns about inflation. I don't think it's fair to issue a warning before we raise the limit for the coins to hold. In Germany we say: first come, first served. If you are convinced of the project (not yet of the spelling in English^^), it might be worth it for larger users to take a certain risk and buy.
We will not include a Stake option in the project. The coins will be bought well and it should not happen that more coins will be worked out than bought. Establishing such a system is no easy task and a precise schedule would be unrealistic.
That's why we focus on the improvements and the experience to "sell/distribute" something that we bring with us. The project should be as simple as possible, that's what we focus on. A too complicated system will not be understood by beginners.
It was not easy to explain the use of the current concept to everyone.
An interface is in the works, but will take a while, because the CC programmer is not a full-time Steemian.
