A good comparison

in #science6 years ago

With new moons popping up regularly in recent decades the number of moon in this solar system has expanded rapidly

It's nice to have an "at a glance view"
to keep tabs on just how all of these moons stack up together and relate to one another. Its also great to have our own moon and earth with which we are most familiar for comparison.

I always think of how Galilei changed the world pointing his homemade telescope at Jupiter, when the talk falls on moons :-)

I hope that they are all cheery Moon and not Blue moon @gavvet :P

This just show that our technology is steadily advancing and we are unlocking more of our solar system's secrets. Too bad we needed a strong telescope just to see these moons. Also, I wonder what ssecrets we could learn from these "new" moons...

Congratulations @gavvet!
