If you are really interested in fixing promoted, you probably could do so single handedly by doing what ats-david suggested. If you lead many might follow.

        If you're talking about upvoting those who burn tokens,

        That's not gonna work as it doesn't give extra attention to the content. Burn money to earn money? Why don't I just burn for them while at it?
