I'm not sure what happened, @abh12345, but I did try giving some more ENGAGE tokens away to lion200 and it misfired, or maybe I gave out too many already. :)
There is no limit to what an individual can issue each day, yet, so I presume the bot just needs a bit of a nudge. Sorry about that :D

I'm not sure what you know about them, so I might be telling you anything new. If so, sorry. :)
ENGAGE is a token that is exclusively found on steem-engine.com. One or both of the guys behind STEEM Monsters, I believe. So, various STEEM users have started to create their own tokens, and Asher is one of them. He's been trying to get the tokens into greater circulation, so now you can call them up via comments by using the the code I just used.
If the '!' is missing or ENGAGE is spelled any other way, it's not going to work. The next part is the amount you want to call to give out. Done right, as long as everything is functioning, the misterengagement account comes a long and leaves a comment saying the amount of ENGAGE tokens is now in your account.
To verify that, you go to steem-engine.com, sign in (keychain is the easiest way to do this, otherwise, name and private posting key). Then you should be able to see your token balances by clicking on the link to your wallet (if you have more than one on steem-engine).
Right now, the ENGAGE tokens aren't really being used for much other than rewarding engagement, but Asher is working on different ideas (like 'selling' his pie charts), to get the tokens circulating more.
