My name is Rob Bates, I am a photographer based in Worksop, U.K specialising in landscape and time lapse photography. Hoping I can share a few of my time lapse sequences on here with you once I figure it all out. You guys got any advice? Do I just click and drag my video files into here like I have done with that photo above? Anyways, thanks for looking and hope to get to interact with you guys a lot more

Welcome! I look forward to seeing your timelapses! At the moment you can't upload video to steem but you can try 3speak which is a video platform on steem or just embed the YouTube video in your post 😊

I’m in the UK, Huddersfield.
I work in video.
The best and easiest way to post w video is to just pop in a YouTube link.
If you have time to figure it out, you can post videos via @dtube or @threespeak.
https://d.tube and https://3speak.online - both STEEM based video apps.
Just log in with your STEEM username and key, and whatever videos you upload there will go immediately and automatically to your usual STEEM blog.
Try steempeak.com for a great way of viewing STEEM based material.
Anyway, hope you enjoy yourself here and can navigate your way around.

One bit of advice I would have is to add your Steemit profile to either your website or YouTube page.. that way curators here can ensure this is in fact you sharing your work.
Many times in the past there have been individuals who steal others content and post it here (pretending to be the creator of the work) for financial gain etc.
People will be more willing to support the work when they know for sure it’s the creator sharing.
