If the cents were dollars you would have 0.000365 dollars and even if the cents were Bitcoins you would only have 0.000365 Bitcoin what is not much.

Well that is a good point, all you have to know is what software to use and like you said, it is faster and never makes mistakes probably. Sometimes I really like technology.
Well, the software does usually not make mistakes, but if you enter wrong numbers or data you might get the wrong results or other results you expect ;)
