RE: The Case of the Killer Vegetable | Mariannewest's Freewrite Writing Prompt Day 2214 | Prompt: perfect disaster (desastre perfecto)

Yes, you are correct. I grew up in an age where children did not have a choice of food. We ate what was given to us and did not complain. Today, social connections enable children to hear more of the world than what they are capable of understanding at that age. They know nothing of the ramifications of their actions or words sometimes. They just repeat what others say or do.

A family should function in a manner that includes the children, after advising them of certain aspects of the family's budget. I never advocate for younger children knowing the full extent of adult financials, but there is a way to inform them of what the family can and can't afford.

I know personally of a case in which a child made a false accusation based upon a friend's recommendation, not fully understanding the severe consequences he could have placed his parents in.

Thanks so much for your visit and kind compliment for my story. I appreciate your support.

Take care.
