Since Jimmy Johnson the coaching staffs after him have had no answer to minimizing dumb penalties or penalties during the worse moments of a game. Barry Switzer was lucky enough to win a Super Bowl but that was truly Jimmy Johnson's team. All Barry had to do was not get in the way lol.
