Thank you, I wrote a different post and was going to add the fish at the end but ended up erasing what I first wrote and worked the prompt into telling about canning fish.

The only thing that will help my hand is surgery where I have to have 3 bones removed and a plate put in place of them. I know I need to do it but keep putting it off.
