It should be less of an issue now. You can follow this link to check:

Annotated screenshot so you know what to look for. If you do a bunch of voting and commenting, you should see those numbers drop. It takes time for them to recharge.

Wow! So much to learn. What is some of your best advice for getting started? I’ve also noticed that Steem on mobile is rather limiting. Is that true?

Yup, Partiko has fallen off since the devs went MIA. Steempeak is by far the best web interface.
