OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 1798th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

On this occasion I have prepared some of my photography about my holiday at the beach.

I haven't been on holiday to the beach with my family for a long time, maybe I'm a little busy with my work so I can't go on holiday with my children.

But yesterday I had the opportunity and time to go to the beach.
I feel very happy to be able to accompany the children to play on the beach.
This is a pleasure in itself.

So I had time to take some of my moments with my children at the beach.
And I have edited this photo into a black and white version.

My morning walk was through the town of Navia while my mother was doing some shopping, I went to the marina to take some pictures that I could use to compete in another edition of the reflex hunting contest that @olgavita organizes every week.

Some foods are made to be complements to others, to give them more flavor or change the flavor of some, depending on how they are used, among them are those that are spread as jams, spreads or spreads, which can be bacon, tuna, vegételes, to name a few, are the pates of meat or liver and the most popular as cream cheese, melted cheese, margarine and butter.

Any of these gives a different flavor to bread, cookies or ladies, whether they are used at home or at a party, for example I love soda crackers with jam or melted cheese, in the first case its sweet taste is delicious and provides warmth of home, the second is like a vice that seems to tempt you to keep eating.

That's why when I read the weekend themes, I quickly came up with something I don't regret rejecting, which is food. And I have rejected it since I was a baby and was forced to eat it.

That food is the sweet potato or sweet potato, depending on the country you are in.

My mother always tells me that, since I was a baby, she wanted me to eat it and she looked for a thousand ways for me to eat it, in pieces, in puree, in any form.

If or if I had to eat it, I don't know why, but it seems that I had to, and I would spit it out or just leave my mouth open and never swallow it. I wouldn't eat it because I didn't like it, I found it disgusting and I don't know why.

Most people like it, but I don't and to this day I don't plan to eat it.

Welcome to my food post again. This time, I am cooking a delicious chicken adobo with chicken liver. I also added sweet potato in my adobo, yes sweet potato instead of potato. And it's really flavorful. So come and join me in my cooking demo.

It wouldn't surprise you to know that I love eating. It is one of my favorite things to do. It might surprise I used to be a picky eater, though. Don't ask me why. Actually, I think it has to do with my grandma being the same kind of picky eater. Maybe it was a reflection of her behavior picked by my baby self during those early years during which I lived in that household. Perhaps it was just that I was a bit spoiled.

I am so sorry that I didn't appear in Throwback Thursday, but today I am writing in Flashback Friday. My days are packed with work, classes, hostel chores, outings, and so many things.

I want to share with you an unforgettable experience that I recently lived on the beautiful beaches of Varadero. I spent a few wonderful days enjoying the white sand and crystal-clear waters of this tropical paradise. One of the most special moments of our vacation occurred on the second day of our stay there, I will tell you how we spent that day full of activities and fun.

We woke up with the sun shining brightly in a clear sky, creating the perfect atmosphere to have a wonderful day. We were full of energy and excitement, so after a delicious breakfast, we headed to the beach.

Greetings friends of the Family ,& Friends I hope you are feeling well! Today I want to share another different publication, in this case the pictures are of a parrandon that took place in a clinic that is located near the school where I am doing my internship, the clinic is called "Las Especialidades" where the children of Luz y Hogar were invited to sing and dance for the people who attend the clinic. Afterwards, after singing Christmas songs very well known here in Venezuela they took us to a dining room and gave us some sandwiches with ham and cheese, they also gave out guava juice and the truth is that everything was very good. It was a very different day with the children that I attend and it was a very nice event and it feels quite different working with children coming from working with adults last year, as it is something strong and the veedad is a challenge, because they are somewhat more difficult to work with but of course you can with patience and dedication ❤️‍🩹🥺.

When we go shopping at a supermarket, we really just want to grab the products we need, go to the checkout, pay, and leave. But very few of us take on the task of knowing and seeing how the internal dynamics of these places are: I was one of those.

But life put me on the other side of this reality, when I emigrated, I started working at one of them. And well, the time spent in the long lines for payment during peak hours, cannot be compared to the hard work behind the shelves full of products arranged as if they were part of a magazine photo.

Behind all of this, there is the work of many people, not only the employees of the store, but also of all those who are responsible for placing orders, distribution, and not to mention the preparation and packaging of each of them.
