Peanut is a popular kind of snacks in West Africa. I love it because I can eat it anytime or anywhere. It has a lovely aroma that can easily be noticed once being chewed. Especially the roasted one.
I am not more of a good cook, so this day I decided to roast some peanut for the afternoon. The process is not difficult it was simple and very much straight forward.
Ingredients:
- Salt
- Clean Water
- Peanut
- Cassava flakes
The peanut has to be properly washed with clean water. It is important to wash the peanut with clean water even if it looks clean.
The second thing to do is to dissolve salt in a clean water. Ensure that the salt has completely dissolved. The salt and water is very necessary to give the peanut a good taste.
Next thing is to add the dissolved salt to the peanut. Ensuring that it is properly mixed together.
