If you want to exchange sbd for steem it's better to use the internal market (no fees):

Or you can do it with Steemworld on the orders tab (which is the same as placing an order on the internal market.
@steemingmark steem to SBD conversion is not yet added but it could be very easily added. We will surely look into this.
Yes the fees are almost half of what blocktrades charges.
