HELP PLEASE.... I had tried tirelessly to upload my I.d photographs, but it doesn't upload, I have completed the sign up page, and now trying to verify my KYC, but I am stuck here.... any help as to why this is happening? And how I can resolve it.

Could you explain the problem with a bit more detail?
Try to limit the size fo the photo.
Okay, here is my issue, I had past the sign-up process which was successful and I verified my email, but I have been trying to upload my documents in the KYC verification but photos don't upload after I select and upload them.
See... I had tried to upload all three, but It remains empty

They are JPG images at about 2.50mb. I don't if is because I am using a mobile phone for this process.
