Happy Hearts' Day, everyone! :)
It's the day of love, but shouldn't every day be a day of love? Nevertheless, this day for me is a day of sweets! lol
Earlier today, I had to run an errand for mama at the nearby pharmacy which is also some sort of a convenience store. I also took the chance to take some photos for the community's challenge this week which I'll be posting tomorrow.
While in the pharmacy for the original purpose, I saw a bunch of chocolates on display because it's Valentine's Day, so I decided to buy some for my family to share.
It's been a while since I had some chocolates as well. We try to minimize sweets, but let's reward ourselves and have a cheat day from time to time, shall we? haha
I especially like dark almond chocolates and KitKat bites. As for the Cadbury milk chocolate and Toblerone, they're mama's favorites!
There were a bunch of other chocolates there as well like some Valentine's special chocolates, but I don't really like their taste. They do look cute, though. haha
Of course, we won't eat these stuff in one sitting. That would be quite dangerous. And I don't eat too much sweets as before. Aside from health reasons, my tongue isn't used to having so much sweets anymore. But a bit of sweets once in a while would be great, especially when I'm feeling stressed. xD
Because of that, we usually place all of our chocolates in one container and place them in the fridge. Then, we just take one or a couple of chocolates whenever we feel like having some.
Anyway, sweets make me happy!
And since it's Valentine's Day, I made a short random poem earlier today. Let me share it below.
