I listened to a bunch of episodes today and I'm learning so much. Scroll to the episode list and listen to what draws your attention. Ayurveda is very much based on getting the gut / your digestive system healthy, so following your gut feeling ( also with eating ) is something very important. Funny enough, we often forget this as we grow older. Then we deal with the consequences. I have always felt I was a pretty healthier eater but I didn't realize that my way of eating ( fast / unfocused ) and the times when I ate as well as my lack of routine could have such an impact on my health.
