Can we eliminate downvoting entirely?
Can someone please tell me why it is needed?
Besides allowing whales to censor what they don't like I mean.
Downvoting is the death of free-speech on social media.

              No, it's a simple question, and you answered it.
              Steemit does not support freedom of expression.
              Steemit is really no different from any other plutocracy.
