We usually go to the garden plot from spring to autumn—whenever we have a moment and the weather is on our side. In the summer, we basically live there! This time, my husband was on duty (he works a 24/48 shift), so he couldn’t join us. But the next day, when he had time off, he took the kids there while I was at work—gotta love that family balance!
Right now, we’re getting the little house ready for our first overnight stay of the season—the kids are counting down the days!
