I went for a walk in Tsurumi-Ryokuchi Park (Tsurumi Expo Park Osaka) in my neighborhood. At this time, the first "Spring Storm / Haru Ichiban" blew in Osaka, and we are feeling the arrival of spring in earnest. The temperature has been over 15 degrees Celsius on some days, and it is so sunny that you don't even need a jacket. Tsurumi Ryokuchi Park is the former site of the International Flower Exposition held in 1990, and after the event, the park is opened to the public as a place for relaxation. There is a plum garden in the park, with plum blossoms in full bloom, and the area around the garden was filled with the scent of plum blossoms. It is not yet hot enough to make one sweat, and this may be the most comfortable time of year in Japan.

近所にある、鶴見緑地公園に散歩に行ってきました。この頃、大阪でも「春一番」が吹いて、本格的な春の到来を感じています。気温は15度を越える日もあって、上着も要らないぐらいの陽気です。鶴見緑地公園は1990年に開催された国際花博覧会の会場跡地で、イベント開催後は市民に解放され憩いの場となっています。梅園が園内にあって、梅の花が満開に咲き誇り周辺は梅の香りが漂っていました。まだ汗をかく程は暑くなく、この時期が日本では一番過ごしやすい時期かもしれません。
