Having a wonderful day begins with an exercise for me. I love daily exercise and workout as children love ice cream and as women love roses and as men love #beer. I cannot go a day without working out because of the connectivity between the body as well as the soul Today was really fun. Being a Saturday I love the way the weather was. Calm and sexy. My wife is glad that I have taken my daily exercise Seriously and losing unnecessary weight everyday.
