Looking at the world from the top of my house
Welcome to my blog, I hope you are very well. Today I started to think about why I want to travel and see beautiful landscapes in other latitudes, far from where I am, without stopping to appreciate what I have in front of me, when also what I have nearby is beautiful if I see it with eyes of love.
The images I bring today to @bucipuci's "Around the world" contest are from the neighborhood where I have lived for the last 30 years, wuaoo how fast time goes by! As I had no pictures of anywhere I thought it would be a good idea to show a little bit where I live from the roof heights 😁, maybe you can see the ugly things on the street and the old and deteriorated houses, but I invite you to look at the pretty things, like the sky and the mountains, that in their skirt there are sugar cane sowings that you can't see.
Mirando al mundo desde lo alto de mi casa
Bienvenidos a mi blog, espero que se encuentren muy bien. Hoy me puse a pensar por deseo viajar y ver paisajes hermosos en otras latitudes, lejos de donde me encuentro, sin detenerme a apreciar lo que tengo al frente, cuando también aquello que tengo cerca es lindo si lo veo con ojos de amor.
Las imágenes que traigo hoy al concurso "La vuelta al mundo" de @bucipuci son del barrio donde he vivido los últimos 30 años, wuaoo qué rápido pasa el tiempo! Como no tenía fotos de ningún lugar pensé que sería buena idea mostrar un poco donde vivo desde las alturas del techo 😁, tal vez puedas ver las cosas feas que hay en la calle y las casas viejas y deterioradas, pero te invito a mirar las cosas lindas, como el cielo y las montañas, que en su falda hay siembras de caña de azúcar que no se ven.
Sometimes when it is harvest time they burn the cane and the whole community suffers from allergies, asphyxia, asthma, even the firemen arrive to extinguish the flames that grow dangerously at night; however, these crops have always been in this place, it is the people who moved to where they should not.
There are moments during the year in summer that you see the mountains brown because they burn with the heat and the rays of the sun, then in winter they turn them green as they are now, in a cycle that I have appreciated year after year and it never ceases to amaze me and there are also moments during the day that everything looks more beautiful specifically at sunrise or sunset. I wish to participate in the contest with the first image, which for me is the most beautiful. For the next week I already know where I will take you, stay with me every week to go around the world.
A veces cuando es tiempo de recoger la cosecha queman la caña y toda la comunidad sufre de alergias, asfixia, asma incluso llegan los bomberos para apagar las llamas que en las noches crecen de forma peligrosa; sin embargo, estas siembras siempre han estado en este lugar, son las personas las que se mudaron a donde no debían.
Hay momentos durante el año en verano que se ven las montañas de color marrón porque se queman con el calor y los rayos del sol, luego en invierno los ponen verde como están ahora, en un ciclo que he apreciado año tras año y nunca deja de sorprenderme y también hay momentos durante el día que todo se ve más hermoso específicamente en el amanecer o atardecer. Deseo participar en el concurso con la primera imagen, que para mí es la más bonita. Para la otra semana ya sé a dónde los llevaré, quédate conmigo cada semana para darle la vuelta al mundo.
