My Actifit Report Card: January 25 2025 Buttocks Exercise Day / Día de ejercicios de Glúteos

My Friday mornings are always very busy, from the moment I wake up I am on the run, and yesterday was no exception, I left home at 7 am with my mum and brother to do some lab tests, we were all going for the same thing, our test is the thyroid profile, because we all have problems with this gland, causality or inheritance I do not know, but I lean more towards the inheritance that comes from my grandfather and both aunts, cousins and entire families have to take hormones to keep the thyroid in normal functioning.

These tests are a bit expensive, yesterday I paid $72 for all three, as each one costs $24, I just hope they are ok. After that I went with my mum to update her RIF, tax information register and on the way back, I went to the crochet course I do on Fridays as I was late.

Mi mañana de los días viernes siempre son muy movidas, desde que me despierto ando a las carreras, y ayer no fue la excepción, salí de casa a las 7 am con mi mamá y hermano hacernos unos exámenes de laboratorio, todos íbamos por lo mismo, nuestro examen es el perfil tiroideo, pues todos tenemos problemas con esta glándula causalidad o herencia no sé, pero me inclino más por la herencia que viene desde mi abuelo y tanto tías, como primos y familias enteras tienen que tomar hormonas para mantener la tiroides en funcionamiento normal.

Estos exámenes son algo costosos, ayer cancelé 72 $ por los tres, ya que cada uno cuesta 24 $, solo espero que estén bien. Después de eso acompañé a mi mamá a actualizar su RIF, registro de información fiscal y de regreso, me fui al curso que hago los viernes de crochet que llegué tarde.

At 11 o'clock I went straight to the gym and had to work on my glutes with the ankle brace and the pulley. These exercises make me sweat a lot, but I like them. I did the standing back kick routine, then with the bench and also the side kick to work the gluteus lateralis. I'm still on the first weight plate, I'm hoping to go up to two plates in two months, I have that goal. Let's see if my glutes respond to the exercise and start to grow and get a nice shape.

In the morning alone I had already added up 5,000 steps, too bad my phone went dead and then the power went out.

A las 11 me fui directo al gimnasio y me tocó trabajar los glúteos con la tobillera y la polea. Estos ejercicios me hacen sudar mucho, pero me gustan. Hice la rutina de la patada hacia atrás de pie, luego con el banco y también la patada de lado para trabajar el glúteo lateral. Todavía estoy con la primera placa de peso, espero subir a dos placas en dos meses, tengo esa meta. Veamos si mis glúteos responden al ejercicio y comienzan a crecer y a tener una bonita forma.

Tan solo en la mañana ya había sumado 5 mil pasos, lástima que el teléfono se me descargó y después nos quitaron la electricidad.
