Every time the month ends, the birthday of the people of that month is celebrated at the gym where I work out, this time they turned three and, as there were no more people to turn three, the celebration was brought forward. In my previous post I told you what we ate and gave you a preview for this post, because I still had not finished downloading the videos.
This day started with the usual dance class with the instructor of the day. The class was great, the music was varied and we danced like never before to merengue, salsa, cumbia and even folkloric rhythms like joropo. After an hour I had no more energy for anything else.
The classmates came up with the idea of making a piñata and we all collaborated to send it, make it and buy the stuff to fill it. The piñata was beautiful 😅 it looked cute, but when it burst and they threw out what was inside, it was almost empty 🥲. I went prepared with a big bag for the things I would grab, and I won three pairs of earrings that made me happy because I needed them, I also grabbed several daily towels, a nail file, several ponytails that are rubber bands to gather my hair and two strips of Ibuprofen 🫢😋 the medicine is because most of us are middle aged women, 🤣 candy and a lollipop.
Cada vez que finaliza el mes, se celebra en el gimnasio donde me ejercito el cumpleaños de las personas de ese mes, en esta ocasión cumplieron tres y, como ya no había más personas por cumplir, se adelantó la celebración. En mi post anterior les comenté lo que comimos y les di una previa para este post, porque aún no se me habían terminado de descargar los videos.
Este día comenzó con la clase de baile de costumbre con el instructor del día. La clase estuvo de maravilla, la música variada y bailamos como nunca ritmos de merengue, salsa, cumbia y hasta folclórica como el joropo. Después de una hora yo no tenía más energía para más nada.
A las compañeras se les ocurrió hacer una piñata y entre todas colaboramos para mandar, hacerla y comprar las cosas para rellenarla. La piñata quedó linda 😅 se veía cuchí, pero cuando se reventó y tiraron lo que tenía adentro, estaba casi vacía 🥲. Yo me fui preparada con una bolsa grande para las cosas que agarraría, y me gane tres pares de zarcillos eso me alegra porque me hacían falta, también agarré varias toallas diarias, una lima de uña, varias colitas que son gomas para recoger el cabello y dos listones de Ibuprofeno 🫢😋 la medicina es porque la mayoría somos mujeres de edad madura, 🤣 caramelos y una chupeta.
Not all of us were able to participate and hit the piñata, because when it was halfway through the group it broke and one of the instructors had to finish breaking it and throw the gifts. I was sad because I wanted to hit the piñata 😔.
After the piñata activity, we started to eat, the jelly, the tizana and the birthday cake, I was full, and I ended up so married from dancing and laughing that I didn't want to do machine exercise, almost all of us left at the same time, I went to buy some fruits and some eggs and from there to the house.

No todas pudimos participar y darle palo a la piñata, porque cuando iba por la mitad del grupo se rompió y uno de los instructores tuvo que terminar de romperla y lanzar los regalos. Yo quedé triste porque quería pegarle a la piñata 😔.
Después de la actividad de la piñata, comenzamos a comer, la gelatina, la tizana y la torta de cumpleaños, yo quedé llena, y terminé tan casada de bailar y reír que no quise hacer ejercicio de máquinas, casi todos salimos al mismo tiempo, me fui a comprar unas frutas y unos huevos y de allí a la casa.
