There are days when we don't stop walking and doing things and even if at the end our legs and feet hurt, it's good to feel productive and celebrate that we have surpassed a goal, at least when walking 😆. Now with actifit I can realize my journey in steps.
My morning started the same as always, I woke up I made myself breakfast, took a quick bath and left for the gym to the aerobics class and after that I did a brutal chest and back routine, and I use this expression which is not one of my favorites because that's how I felt it, they were some intense exercises, with dumbbells and machines increasing the weight and doing new exercises, tomorrow I will feel everything that today I struggled to do.
Hay días en los que no paramos de caminar y hacer cosas y aunque al final nos duelan las piernas y los pies, es bueno sentirse productivo y celebrar que hemos superado una meta, por lo menos al caminar 😆. Ahora con actifit me puedo dar cuenta de mi recorrido en pasos.
Mi mañana comenzó igual que siempre, desperté me hice el desayuno, me di un baño rápido y salí para el gimnasio a la clase de aeróbics y después de eso hice una rutina de pecho y espalda brutal, y uso esta expresión que no es de mis favoritas porque así la sentí, fueron unos ejercicios intensos, con mancuernas y máquinas aumentando el peso y haciendo nuevos ejercicios, mañana sentiré todo lo que hoy me costó hacer.
After that I went home to bathe again to go out to another city with my aunt, to buy a furniture upholstery fabric. Finally was able to raise the money for this purpose and still need to pay for the labor, but soon we will have almost new furniture at home 😅.
Of course, being in the mall where we bought the fabrics, we decided to walk around a bit looking at the shop windows comparing prices and I took the opportunity to treat myself with my aunt and we went to a coffee shop where we bought a delicious lemon pie and for my relatives at home I brought truffles. We arrived a little tired but happy.
Después de eso me fui a casa a bañarme de nuevo para salir a otra ciudad con mi tía, para comprar una tela de tapicería de muebles. Por fin se pudo reunir el dinero para este fin y todavía falta para pagar la mano de obra, pero pronto tendremos en casa muebles casi nuevos 😅.
Por supuesto, estando en el centro comercial donde compramos las telas, decidimos caminar un poco viendo las vitrinas comparando precios y aproveché para darme un gusto junto a mi tía y nos metimos en una cafetería donde compramos un rico pie de limón y para mis familiares en casa llevé trufas. Llegamos hace poco cansadas pero felices.
