Dziś pojechałam drugi raz do Warszawy do mojego neurochirurga . Na wstępie od razu mnie przeprosił, że o mnie zapomniał 😁 . Sprawdził mój nos. Niestety nie mógł pobrać wycinka bo jest za głęboko . Uważa ,że jest to albo infekcja ( dał mi płukankę na zapalenie zatok ) albo nawrót nowotworu . W przypadku nawrotu choroby , powiedział , że można go wyciąć . Najpierw muszę mieć ponowny rezonans ( mam termin na 11 marca ) gdy zmiana nie zejdzie , wtedy musi się przewiercić ( tak powiedział ) pod narkozą i pobrać wycinek . Dodatkowo powiedziałam mu o moich problemach z pamięcią i dezorientacja . Doktor powiedział , że podejrzewa padaczkę skroniową. Prawdopodobnie podczas leczenia protonterapią zrobili za duży margines i dlatego tak mam . Muszę iść na EEG i sprawdzić czy tak jest . Nie mam już siły do tego . Jeżeli się okaże , że mam tą padaczkę to muszę się zwolnić z pracy bo nie powinno się pracować na noc jeśli ma się padaczkę ....
Today I went to Warsaw for the second time to see my neurosurgeon. At the beginning he immediately apologized to me for forgetting about me 😁 . He checked my nose. Unfortunately, he couldn't download the clipping because it was too deep. He thinks it is either an infection (he gave me a rinse for sinusitis) or a recurrence of the cancer. If the disease recurs, he said it can be removed. First, I have to have another MRI (I have an appointment for March 11) and if the lesion doesn't go away, then I have to drill it (that's what he said) under anesthesia and take a sample. Additionally, I told him about my memory problems and disorientation. The doctor said he suspected temporal lobe epilepsy. They probably made too large a margin during protontherapy treatment and that's why I have this problem. I need to go for an EEG and check if this is the case. I don't have the strength to do this anymore. If it turns out that I have epilepsy, I will have to take time off work because you shouldn't work at night if you have epilepsy....
