Hey everyone! Well, today’s been a bit rough. I guess I’m stressed as I’ve been a bit agitated all day. We got a text early this morning with the eulogy for Agi’s father. Today was the funeral over in Hungary. Later, we got a text pic of his final resting place. So sad to be gone at a relatively young age. So unexpected. I really wish we could have been there to support them but we couldn’t. I know everyone is heartbroken. 😢
So began my day on a sad note. I got to work early and was able to get insurance verified for today and tomorrow. Appointments for the day were a little overbooked, but what makes it harder is that I can no longer rely on my front desk coworker the way I did with Donna. Yana is terrific, but she doesn’t know the system as she’s been gone for a few months nor the procedures to do anything really to help. She also has no desire and will not take it upon herself to step outside her box. She’s family to the doc so her perception is that she’s helping out’. That’s fine except it increases my workload exponentially. My work backs up trying to keep on top of patients coming out of the exams. Oh well….

That’s gonna be it for now. Tomorrow brings a partial ‘me, myself and I’ day before the afternoon of appointments. I run solo though, the entire day.
